Claim Certificate Format C is a new certificate created to cater for tax calculations. When a project is set to include tax, the system will automatically use Format C, and users cannot select a different certificate format.
1. Advance Payment and Advance Payment Recoupment are excluded from the Work Done amount and are not subject to retention or tax.
2. The Taxable Certified Amount is calculated based on the total current certified amount from taxable bills and approved taxable Variation Orders (VOs).
