1) Please ensure that you select the correct Vendor Category.
When you try to assign your consultant in the ROC, but it does not appear.
This might be because you selected the wrong Vendor Category when adding the Consultant RFP.
You need to delete the existing Consultant RFP and create a new one with the correct vendor category.
Note: If your Vendor Category did not display in the system like shown in the box below:
You need to ask your Super Admin to assign a role to the consultant, as shown below:
2) You need to check the vendor status whether it is Active or Deactivated. Vendors marked as Deactivated will be excluded from the List of Consultants.
