Solution 1 :
Make sure the user is assigned as an "Editor" for the project.
Solution 2 :
If the user is already assigned as an "Editor" but the icon still doesn’t appear, try clicking the "Save" button again.
Please note that, only admin user can access the "Project Users" setting
