Issue:
-Business Unit(BU) cannot see open tender in menu section
Solution
- You may check on the 'Blue tick' access on the 'Assign Company' as picture below. If you assigned "Blue Tick" to Group Contract Division (GCD), so the BU and the consultant cannot see the "Open Tender" menu.
