Why Consultant Can't View the "Consultant Management" menu When Calling RFP ? Print

The user may be not ADMIN user or the user is newly added after a while.

This is because when a vendor is registered, the original ADMIN user can see the "Consultant Management" menu whenever calling RFP. Then after that, if later got any newly added user, they need to assign them into the user management at "Consultant Management" menu like below.
