I already given "Group Access To Tender Document" right to my consultant but why they still can't upload the tender documents?
This is due to the consultant admin user did not provide the access right to other users in particular project. The admin user of consultant need open a project and go to "Project User" to make sure "TICK" at the user as EDITOR.
