This issue might caused due to the following;


1) The Contractor user is not "Admin" user. Only admin user can see the calling tender project



2) The "Group Access To Tender Document" user need to check at "Calling Tender" form to see whether the contractor is set "Withdraw" or "Yes".



3) The client might select a wrong company or there's duplication of company. If yes, need to ask the contractor whether still have that user login details. If no, want to add new user, then the client side need to login as "Super Admin" user and add the new user for contractor.


Maintenance > Companies > Select Company by typing company name for filtering and click at "View User" icon


Click "Add A New User" button


Make sure TICK "is Administrator"  and click "Save".
