Reasons why technical evaluation submitted automatically:-
1. Incomplete technical evaluation template selected during the tender calling preparation.
Cases of incomplete technical evaluation template:-
1. Questions for the forms are not fully completed
2. Attachments folder are not prepared.
Prevention method:
1. Ensure all forms are complete (Done by client or whoever the Super Admin allow access to)
2. All incomplete template to be "hidden" to prevent users from selecting the template.
If any users have mistakenly select the incomplete template and the tender has been called, they may take the following options:-
1. To activate Tender Resubmission and the person in charge of List of Tenderer to select the correct template.
2. To get the tenderers to submit as an attachment. However if the documents are uploaded at the commercial attachment, then the project PIC will only be able to view at the commercial opening.
