1. Amount in value preview not tally with value printout or exported to excel when printing tendering report is due to tenderer submitted tender with previous addendum version (IE : the consultant delete an item at previous addendum), it will not update the tenderer's rates unless go to "View Tenderer" to click at that tenderer and click "Refresh" button. It will recalculate the tender amount.
2. May due to client after open tender and extend tender calling date again for the tenderer re-submission. When tender is opened, the system will auto sync the tenderer rates to BQ but once opened and tenderer re-submit again, need to manually click at "Sync to BuildSpace" button. Refer to below;
