Reasons why users are not able to access to BuildSpace Pro (BQ)
1. User is not assigned to the Project
2. User is not an admin user
3. User is not assigned as the "Group Access to Tender Documents" at the beginning (for Consultants)
4. User is not allowed access to BuildSpace Pro (Only for Consultants)
How to get access:-
1. User is ticked as admin user and allow access to BuildSpace Pro, which can be done by Super Admin (Only for Consultants).
2. User is provided access to the "Project Builder" by the BU/GCD
